Objective
The purpose of this module is to equip Kenway employees with the knowledge and materials needed to communicate intelligently about Kenway’s high-level healthcare expertise and experience solving healthcare-related business problems, be it in client delivery, business development, or other settings. This module is not intended to enable employees to become experts in the healthcare sector, nor in Kenway’s delivery experience across the sector.
The following slides capture Kenway’s high-level healthcare experience and expertise. The information on the slides should be used as talking points during discussion with contacts. To elaborate on any of Kenway’s engagements, expertise, or insights, the CD Director should be engaged.
Note – The information represented by the slides was created following a detailed assessment and series of workshops to distill Kenway’s industry experience into high-level messaging. As such, the information is ever-evolving with Kenway’s engagement experience. When meaningful changes are made to Kenway’s healthcare experience, collateral will be updated and communicated to Kenway employees accordingly.
