Kenway Industry Overview | Healthcare

Objective 

The purpose of this module is to equip Kenway employees with the knowledge and materials needed to communicate intelligently about Kenway’s high-level healthcare expertise and experience solving healthcare-related business problems, be it in client delivery, business development, or other settings. This module is not intended to enable employees to become experts in the healthcare sector, nor in Kenway’s delivery experience across the sector.

Employee Expectations
After completing this module, employees are expected to be capable of communicating at an introductory level Kenway’s delivery experience across the healthcare sector, inclusive of the industries we primarily serve (i.e., Payers, Providers, Pharmaceuticals, HealthTech), the business problems we help address, and the technologies with which we have experience and exposure.

When prompted about Kenway’s healthcare experience, employees who have completed this module should not respond, “I don’t know,” but rather with, at minimum, a two- to three-sentence summary of our relevant experience and, very likely, a recommendation to introduce the contact(s) to our healthcare Client Delivery (CD) Director for further discussion. Our healthcare CD Director, with support from additional representatives such as members from Capability Leadership, will be capable of sharing insights tailored to contacts’ unique circumstances and business problems. It is strongly encouraged that all employees engage the appropriate CD Director (and aligned BDE) to assist with business development and delivery opportunities when industry knowledge may be beneficial.

In relation to Challenger, after completing this module, employees are expected to be capable of tailoring high-level written and verbal messaging to the healthcare sector. Messaging can be further tailored with support from the CD Director, Capability Leadership, and other Kenway leadership.

The following slides capture Kenway’s high-level healthcare experience and expertise. The information on the slides should be used as talking points during discussion with contacts. To elaborate on any of Kenway’s engagements, expertise, or insights, the CD Director should be engaged.

Note – The information represented by the slides was created following a detailed assessment and series of workshops to distill Kenway’s industry experience into high-level messaging. As such, the information is ever-evolving with Kenway’s engagement experience. When meaningful changes are made to Kenway’s healthcare experience, collateral will be updated and communicated to Kenway employees accordingly.
