About the position
We are looking for experienced management professionals interested in generating strategies and implementation plans that drive a greater future for our clients. As an Engagement Manager at Kenway, you will have the opportunity to manage a diverse set of stakeholders, drive critical decisions and solve complex problems. Responsibilities 
  • Serve as a Leader of complex business or technology initiatives
  • Lead projects/programs in one or more of the following areas – process improvement, business transformation, mergers and acquisitions, organizational effectiveness, organizational change management, digital transformation, data & analytics, full cycle system implementations and enterprise applications, project recovery/turnaround
  • Work across multiple industries, business areas, and business applications
  • Climb steep learning curves to become expert in clients’ businesses and technologies
  • Apply industry, business and technical knowledge to achieve project expectations and project team objectives
  • Work within IT organizations with exposure to the full system implementation lifecycle
  • Build a depth of skills in multiple Kenway services
  • Coach and mentor other Kenway resources on similar projects or in similar service areas
  • Lead working sessions to develop solutions to complex problems.
  • Communicate difficult messages to the client executives
  • Present to client groups of significant size and senior-level client leadership
  • Establish trusted partner relationships with clients in which clients share their personal goals and organizational challenges
  • Identify business problems within the areas you work most closely and facilitate discussions on how Kenway can help solve them
  • Develop proposal and SOW material tailored to the client’s unique situation
  • Conduct proposal pitches and lead networking pursuit on various projects
  • Assist in tailoring Kenway’s corporate growth strategies to the unique circumstances you experience at the client.
  • Contribute to and lead passion projects that drive the overall growth and development of Kenway as a company


Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in leading complex business or technology initiatives, preferably in a consulting environment
  • Proven expertise in process improvement, change management, project management methodologies, approaches, and supporting tools
  • Proven experience in leading resources preferably in a project-based model
  • Proven experience in relationship management / client development
Preferred Skills and Credentials
  • Demonstrated skills in creating impactful client proposals
  • Deep knowledge in one of Kenway's core Capabilites: Information Insight, Technology Solution Delivery, or Enterprise Program Leadership
  • Experience in business or technology transformation projects/initiatives
  • Relevant financial services, healthcare, distribution, or telecommunications industry experience
