Why is Networking so important?
Networking and Growth

Networks directly facilitate growth, an important means for Kenway’s development. In a CEO Narrative in early 2023, CEO Matt Kueker stated:
“Growth is imperative for the companies with whom we do business and the people that we hire. It is a necessary outcome of our diligent means, always grounded in our guiding principles. We achieve this through the meaningful experiences and value that is delivered to our clients, supported by the delivery support system and governance model that has been carefully built and refined over our history. Because of growth, our people can grow their unique suite of skills and propel the trajectory of their careers as they stretch into new and exciting roles. This growth is made possible when we take ownership of solving complex business problems for our clients while also holding ourselves accountable to expanding the impact of our footprint at our clients, building trusted advisor relationships, living our Why day-in and day out, and building the momentum of the flywheel of growth as we constantly survey the landscape to identify new and meaningful ways in which we can continue to help our clients flourish.
Note that Matt mentions growth is a result of the excellent delivery we provide to our clients, and also due to employees taking responsibility in expanding our footprint. Networking is a means that complements and enhances this growth, providing the opportunity for Kenway employees to learn about business problems faced by individuals in their network, potentially connecting the dots to how Kenway can help.
